Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with necessary facilities, but the lack of sound isolation can be a downside. The staff is friendly and informative, providing helpful service. The location is close to Mico but far from the metro station and city center. Dining offers good options but lacks variety. Overall, the hotel provides a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was rather pleasant. The rooms were very clean, and the super king-size bed was a nice touch, although it was a bit cold before midday. The service provided was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to help us navigate the city and offering valuable recommendations. The location, while slightly far from the center, was well-connected by public transport, making it convenient. The dining options were satisfying, especially considering the hotel's price. However, some staff members were a bit rude, which was a downside.
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfortable bed despite the unexpected separate beds instead of a queen bed for a couple. The area was safe and near transport links, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining options were basic but fulfilling, especially for breakfast. The service received was a mix of exceptionally helpful and somewhat condescending. Value for money was reasonable considering the location and room quality.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were colorful, clean, and nice, with great beds and cleanliness, but unfortunately, the room felt suffocating, making us sweat all night. The service was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond, but on the flip side, some interactions were condescending and unhelpful. The location was very good, close to the city center, but for some, it might not be the ideal choice due to being a bit away from the city buzz. The dining options were decent but not exceptional. Despite some drawbacks, the friendly service and great beds made the stay comfortable and pleasant overall.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and had good air conditioning, although they appeared a bit outdated. The promise of changing my room the next morning was not fulfilled, unfortunately. I found the location okay, with a safe area and a short walk to the city center, but transportation back in the evening was limited to taxis. The dining experience was enjoyable and consistent, offering a variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, except for a couple of instances of rudeness and poor hospitality. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I stayed over the weekend from 7th-9th September. The hotel is decently located, but a bit far from the center and has an okay area. The rooms smelled like cigarettes even though I booked a non-smoking room, and they couldn't switch my room as promised. The staff were a mix - some very rude and others helpful and professional. Dining was average, could use more variety. It's within walking distance to the convention center, but not the friendliest outside.
